1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using edgelab, operated by EDGELAB TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

edgelab provides:

  • AI-Powered Prop Analysis: Machine learning models that analyze NBA player props and identify potential value opportunities.
  • Play-Money Parlay Tracking: A virtual currency system for tracking parlay performance. This is for entertainment and educational purposes only.
  • Statistical Analytics: Historical hit rates, player trends, and odds comparison tools.

Important: Play Money Only

edgelab uses virtual currency with no real monetary value. All parlays and wagers on our platform are for entertainment and tracking purposes only. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through our parlay tracking system. edgelab is not a sportsbook and does not facilitate real-money gambling.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using edgelab, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using email or a supported sign-in provider (such as Apple or Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Subscription and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed via standard card payments through the App Store, Google Play, or, when offered, our secure web checkout.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing date.
  • Store Purchases: App Store and Google Play purchases use the cancellation and refund process provided by the relevant store.
  • Direct Web Purchases: Direct purchases are also governed by our Distance Sales Agreement and Delivery & Refunds Policy.
  • Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period. Trial terms are specified at signup.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary algorithms
  • Share your account access with others or resell access to the Service
  • Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the Service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of edgelab—including but not limited to algorithms, analysis, text, graphics, and software—are owned by edgelab and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Responsible Use and Disclaimers

Educational and Entertainment Purposes Only

edgelab is not a sportsbook.We do not accept, process, or facilitate real-money wagers. Picks, projections, prop analysis, and statistical data are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. The Service's virtual balance has no monetary value and cannot be purchased, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real currency.

No Financial or Betting Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, betting, investment, or professional advice. Model outputs are estimates that may contain errors, are not guaranteed to be accurate or profitable, and are not a substitute for your own research and judgment. Past performance, historical hit rates, and track records do not guarantee future results.

Third-Party Data and No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, edgelab makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Odds, lines, statistics, and player data are sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.

Your Judgment, Legal Compliance, and Responsible Gambling

If you use information from edgelab to inform wagering through a third-party operator, you do so entirely at your own judgment and risk. You are responsible for following the laws that apply in your jurisdiction and for using only legal, licensed services where permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, edgelab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any losses incurred from betting decisions made based on our analysis.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless edgelab and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies in your place of residence.
