Distance Sales Agreement

These framework terms apply when a consumer purchases an edgelab digital subscription directly through our web checkout. The plan, duration, total price, taxes, renewal terms, buyer details, and seller information shown below, together with the transaction-specific Pre-Information Form and order summary, form part of the agreement and control if they differ from this page.

2. Subject and Formation

The agreement governs the sale and digital delivery of the subscription plan selected by the buyer. The agreement is formed when the buyer reviews the required pre-contract information, confirms that the order creates a payment obligation, accepts the applicable terms, and the payment is successfully authorized.

3. Essential Characteristics

A subscription provides time-limited access to the analytics features listed for the selected plan at checkout. edgelab provides NBA player prop analysis, probability estimates, market context, and virtual-stake tracking. It does not provide or facilitate real-money wagering.

4. Price, Payment, and Security

The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and any recurring billing interval, is shown immediately before the buyer places the order. No physical delivery or shipping charge applies.

When direct web card payment is offered, payment is processed securely by iyzico. Visa and Mastercard may be accepted as displayed at checkout. EDGELAB TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI does not store full card numbers or card security codes. The website and checkout are served over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.

5. Digital Delivery and Performance

Subscription access is normally activated on the buyer's account immediately after successful payment. The order confirmation is delivered electronically. Because the service is digital, no physical product is shipped and there is no physical return process.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Where Turkish consumer law applies, the buyer generally has 14 days from formation of a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. The buyer may exercise this right by sending a clear statement to support@edge-lab.co.

If the buyer expressly requests that the digital service begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledges the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, the statutory exception for services performed with prior express consent may apply. Any such consent is requested separately at checkout.

7. Cancellation, Renewal, and Refunds

Any automatic renewal interval and renewal price are displayed before payment. The buyer may cancel future renewals using the account or payment platform controls made available for the purchase. A valid statutory withdrawal is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days after the notice reaches the seller.

8. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

• The buyer must provide accurate account and transaction information.
• The buyer is responsible for protecting account credentials.
• The seller must provide the purchased service in conformity with the transaction-specific disclosures and applicable law.
• Planned maintenance, third-party data interruptions, and events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

9. Complaints and Disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. Nothing in this agreement restricts a consumer from applying to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in Türkiye, subject to the jurisdiction and monetary thresholds in force when the application is made.

10. Records and Effective Date

The transaction-specific Pre-Information Form, accepted terms, order summary, and confirmation may be stored electronically for the period required by applicable law. This agreement becomes effective for an order when the steps in Section 2 are completed.
